Admission of student is made every year on the basis of written test and personal interview before the beginning of the academic session. Admission is granted strictly on merit to qualifying students irrespective of their caste, creed, religion and nationality. Admission is open only for the Lower Secondary (PG-VII) level and class XI. However, under special circumstances the management may consider a request for admission into the higher classes & class XII in case of deserving students.
All the students seeking admission into the school must qualify with an above average performance in the entrance test, which is held every year in late March for secondary level & in June for higher secondary wing.
Entrance tests are taken in a few important subjects such as English, Nepali, Science and Mathematics and the test results are announced within two days.
In addition, parents/guardians are required to attend a personal interview along with their ward. The dates and time of such entrance tests and interviews are displayed on the school notice board or can be intimated to parents on telephone.
The right to call an applicant for entrance test and to select for admission rests on the discretion of the Principal. Application forms along with Prospectus are made available by the school on a nominal charge. Photocopies of academic transcripts, character certificate and transfer certificate, if the applicant is a transferred student, must accompany the duly filled application form.
The school provides a number of full/partial scholarships to the academically deserving and financially needy students. All the class toppers, first runner up and second runner up students from class I—IX are entitled to receive academic scholarships in their monthly tuition fees. Students are also given free ships based on need which vary from partial to full tuition fees.
In +2 level, students get scholarship either as per their SLC score or on the basis of their economic status or as per the direction of the board.
Requirements for Admission:
Birth Certificate, class completed mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, Character Certificate,
SLC or SLC equivalent certificates from any institution/board recognized by HSEB, Nepal (for XI)
At least second division in SLC Exam (for class XI)
Duly filled up application form.
Passport size photograph.
The presence of parents/guardians.
